We are established in Malerkotla (Punjab, India) and specialize in producing Forged Rolls, Metal Sleeve, Spun Cast Rolls and many other products. The centrifugal casting process can produce different components with intricate geometries at a less cost and with reduced machining requirements in comparison to other widely used casting methods. The molding dies can be oriented horizontally (horizontal centrifugal casting) or vertically (vertical centrifugal casting).

Manufacturing Facilities

Manufacturing rolls requires many technologies, some that we have developed ourselves & others that are already available in the marketplace. Our steel plant, machine, forging, and heat treatment shops, are capable of manufacturing a wide range of rolls. Bench marking between our plants helps us to establish best practices and make sure that knowledge exchange is spread throughout the company. We are proud to say that we have a latest manufacturing facility assuring premium quality Rolls.

Applications

Our high graded Rolls with centrifugal casting is manufactured through European techniques, suitable for TOR & TMT in different dimensions, sizes and weight. During the production of Forged Rolls, Metal Sleeve, Double Poured Alloy, etc., precisely formulated chemicals like copper, chromium, molybdenum, manganese, nickel and tungsten are being utilized. Besides, our special Rolls are delivered in India and abroad which is used in their automatic & semi-automatic rolling mills.
